A thought or two for 2008: This year the Declaration of Arbroath will be 688 years old. Pict & Scot became one about 1,168 years ago. The Saltire was adopted 1,248 years ago - a quite magnificent antiquity. And the place for a 301 year old British union in such a proud country? In it's rightful home.....the history books.
